If anybody is looking for a novel that has a strong Rugby League background and is going to be in town this Saturday morning (October 3rd) then why not call into Waterstones in Albion Street. I will be there from eleven onwards signing copies of my latest novel 'One Autumn' which is set during the 1992/93 season with a background of work, family life and rugby league.

For those who have heard of the interest shown by the Pinewood Studios in turning my first novel 'One Winter' into a film, then the latest news is that there is no news; but then two years is not a long time for such a decision to be made.
