Having now written four novels all with a strong Rugby League background, I am now working on the fifth in the series. It will be set during the 2002 and 2003 seasons and like the others will again be inspired by the old saying about being at work "They could write a book about this place. It would be a best seller. The novel does not yet have a title but a number of the chapters that I have now finished do. They include "Stuck On The M62", "He Was A Good Yorkshireman", "Afternoon Tea at Bailiff Bridge", "What's Up with Elvis?", "The Welsh Girl From Wrexham" and "The Jehovah's Widnes".
This Friday (June 8th) from 11 onwards I will be in Waterstones in Leeds. Next Friday (June 15th) from 11 onwards I will be in Waterstones in Bradford signing copies of my fourth novel 'One Autumn' and looking out for ideas.
