Anybody know which of our quota players is leaving to create space for Fa'alogo?

I'm thinking maybe it's fulton although I don't want any of them to go!

Fulton is only on loan for the year - he is definitely going.
Moore is going as his loan spell will end and Saints want him back
Hemingway is OOC
Jackson is OOC
Griffin is OOC (? Not sure on this one though as I thought it was 2010)
Sculthorpe loan ends
