We just want to inform you that we are opening up renewals from this Wednesday, 1st November for 2024 memberships, this is to try and reduce the workload in the new year, although the 2024 memberships won't be valid until 1st January, you can still use your 2023 card up to then,
A reminder that membership fees have now increased to £6 as agreed at the AGM. There are various ways in which to renew In person at any of our events, beginning with our speakers evening on Wednesday 1st November, please follow our links to keep track of our events Through bank transfer, Please contact us for details if you wish to use this method Standing order/Direct debit- as above- (please use your surname(s) and membership number(s) as reference). Should you have any queries then please do not hesitate to contact us at hgsamembership@gmail.com. Speaking of Wednesday 1st November, that is the date of our next general meeting at Laund Hill where our guest will be Giants and England Legend Jermaine McGillvary, 'Jerry' recently left the Giants after 16 years after a hugely successful career with us, come along and meet him in person and listen to what he has to say about the past/present/and future. Event is free for HGSA members, non members will be admitted for a minimum donation of £1 although we do advise purchasing annual membership for £6 to benefit throughout the year. Doors open at 7pm with the event starting at 7.30, please do not enter the room till 7 as our team will still be setting up, the bar and kitchen will be open so please use them and have a drink and a bite to eat while we get ready.
