Well no Mason for Friday but O'Donnell & Fa'alago named in 19 along with Gilmour and Robinson has he got injured again ??

The Examiner said that he was fit and surely Molloy is no replacement for a class prop on his day like Mason ??

After last weeks battering by Hull KR's pack surely this week was the one to bring Mason back !!

i for one am perplexed or in fact is there some truth in the East Lancashire Road rumours ??

Nothing in the rumour. Boyd has a history of getting it wrong.

very strange.

100% fit and not in the team

but gilmour has been playing well at prop and faalogo is now a first choice prop as is patrick and crabtree

so maybe has to wait

Dont think he'd be wanted by brown at saints if he goes???
Wigan dont need another prop.... So is he dropping down a league then boyd??
The guys doing the front row are doing ok, its the edges we need to stiffen up on in defence.

Rumours around Wigan that Fielden is injured for the year if not retiring altogether so a prop may become a priority.

Fielden confident he will be back in August. With is the end of the season anyway.

Heard he can leave if he wishes, but who could pay his wage and maybe a fee?Must be frustrating though for him when you have just signed a new deal.
