Fillin them is is ok, not a problem, but exchanging them before matchday is 100% likely to not get them used imo.

Still, if it said that last season I didnt notice and so will plead ignorance again

Yes I do, I have lots and lots, just no one else can see them.

You don't really need to fill in your details, but what it does is put you on a database so the club can alert you to offers in the future!

The guideline for no exchanging on matchdays is to eliminate queues at the ticket office as they have collections and the u12 tickets to deal with and the odd person who forgets their season ticket! But it's just an advisory notice and so means you can do it on matchdays but at the ticket offices disgretion!!

But if you to exchange on the day arrive well early!! It's amazing how many complaints the ticket office has when fans turn up 10 minutes before KO and don't get into the ground in time!! It does state on all tickets to be in your seat 20 minutes before KO so if you arrive after that it's your fault and not that of the club or stadium!!

i've always exchanged them on matchday without problem,sometimes 5 minutes before kick off

I was just saying what the voucher said? Not sure of the process, I got a ticket today for a mate at work
