Union is played by people who close airports after a bit of snow, League is played by people who would go and have a snowball fight with a 747

Going to get mine tomorrow....were there any hiccups today?

Wire fans seem to have had a debacle with their tickets - tickets not available as advertised (apparently sold via RFL instead of on sale at the club), fans being told they had to have certain blocks and could not choose etc. etc. Lots of them been to RFL direct to buy tickets instead.

Wire have sold 9000 tickets as at 6pm, with the ticket office open til 10pm today and tomorrow. As a previous poster said, lots including me have bought them from the RFL direct as it is badly organised at the ground with none of the decent ones available. Our chartered train - the Wire Flyer has sold out as have 18 coaches so far.

How are things selling in Hudds ?

We'd sold 9001 by 5:59pm

No concessions means it's going to be an expensive do especially as the £21 seats look crap. Might have to opt for the £26 tickets.

Hey they'll be a lot better than the one's in the same areas in the old Wembley a bench 2 inches from the floor! I found the view pretty good despite having my chin resting on my knees! Plus you get to be real close to the players "and the trophy"

I know this may not go down well but i got some tickets from shaun (who was advertising his tickets on here yesterday) Today

they are £26 tickets for £20

they are the genuine article and i have them in hand - have bought 7 and maybe 11 more on wednesday

they are for block 137 in the corner and are rows 5-9

YES he is a saints fan trying to get rid of tickets he bought/got given by the RFL as a prize for the team of juniors he helps runs reward for reaching a carnigie cup final and they were given as a fund raiser

if anyone wants his details pm me

Just to correct you on the amount of tickets Wire had sold.
It was over 9000 by 2.30pm
I'm told now they're nearer 12k (at 8pm) and may have run out for today and are getting another 2k ( ) tomorrow.

I went at 4pm and they said it was 8000 then ? As we said earlier it is a debacle at the HJ.
