I have seen two camera angles, on one it looks good, on the other it doesn't. If Bentham had gone to the video ref it would have probably been referred back to the referee's call seeing as the replays were inconclusive. So you wouldn't have got the decision anyway.

It was a 50/50 call that didn't go your way. There's no bias, no conspiracy and no need for talk of protests and other such ridiculous suggestions.

I've lost a lot of respect for Huddersfield over he last 24 hours. Clapping Ferres off the field, the reaction on here to the DG decision and finally the statement from Thewlis, it's all extremely embarrassing. The club as a whole has reacted pathetically.

You've never shown any respect so how can you lose it!
Did you even READ the club statement before you made your initial vacuous comment?
As for the fans being magnificent- what would your fans have done if the boot was on the other foot? You were fighting amongst yourselves and you won! You were fighting at wakefield and you won then also... How badly would your fans behave if they were to lose.... Perhaps Bentham thought of that...

If you draw back your curtains at about eleven o'clock tonight and look south towards Orion's Belt. If it's clear enough you see Thewlis' dummy passing Broughy's in the night sky.

This is almost on a par with Peter Hood's give us the points back after the first magic weekend. Love this ha ha

Yes I read the statement.
I wouldn't have clapped and cheered my own player who had just don't what Ferres did.
Do you know any specifics about the incidents with the Saints fans that you are referring to?

Specifics? What like names and addresses? stewards had to intervene they don't do that if everyone's having a jolly time and getting on. The wakefield one was an appeal for info by the club, surprised you didn't see it.

i don't think the fans were applauding ferres for the tackle, im pretty certain they were applauding his contribution for the previous 64 minutes which was pretty good.
i hope no one is dumb enough to suggest otherwise.

Applaud the idiot who lost us the game if you must but he got none from me...people were saying at the time it could cost us the game and how right they were but the still stood and applauded him.....madness!!!!

I saw the appeal. Nowhere in that appeal did it say that Saints fans were guilty of anything. Next.....

Exactly daz- but that doesn't fit with the picture the saints fans are trying to paint of those nasty horrible giants fans who are well known for all that trouble they cause....... Oh wait!

The last thing the team needed was the fans on the back of their teammate to make heads drop- been enough of that in previous weeks.
