The issue is is Anderson the right man to lead us through the 8s.
I have some sympathy for him as there have been failings at the club in my view for a number of years which are not due to him .
BUT
we need new leadership to give the players some spark and motivation.
Wakey did it twice last year with Smith and this year with Chester and it appeared to work.
W are likely to finish bottom so will have a harder task than the other SL teams.
We only need one bad reffing performance in the Million pound game and we are history.
We need a coach in now to motivate , train and possibly recruit players that can keep us up.
There are 8 weeks or so to the 8s we need to be ready.
Time to get a new coach in now.
Steady there, much as I love my club in the last few years we really are not a club who's example you should follow - trust me, any resurgence we may be having has a huge dose of luck attached.
