Moment of madness from Brough there and a little unlucky with the ref but not unhappy with that, We had enough pressure on their line to win it but we need to get better.

Mamo looked good as did most of the youngsters, They have brought some energy to the table. Fancy our chances at Newcastle if we keep going like that, Bit better game management and we would have won that.

Good player is Brough but he lost you that game today.
Unfortunately I can't see anything other than relegation for you this year

When did Cas fans become so arrogant and condescending?

Lawrence, Cudjoe, McGillvery, Symmonds, Gaskell and Ta'ai all missing for Giants, but only Cas absentees considered.

This season the Giants are not great, but they are not the worst team in Super League. With perhaps four of the above back soon there are encouraging signs. I think it unlikely we are relegated, there are at least a couple of more likely candidates.

I actually thought Thaler had a decent game. Maybe the best refereeing performance we've had this year...

I think it helped that both teams played really disciplined. Yeah, cas got a couple of 50-50 calls. But so did giants... Let's not blame Thaler for the loss. We should have won that game.

It's gone now and I think we can all feel confident for the rest of the season now, this looks like a completely different team to the one we have watched for the majority of the season.

I thought some decisions were baffling to be honest, maybe accidental but Brough should of seen red for the crusher tackle. The Jake Webster yellow was just plain awful. However I do believe Minikin should of seen yellow for the tackle in the air.

Huddersfield by far are not the worst in SL and should start stringing some wins together. Good luck for the rest of the season.

Thaler was poor but Huddersfields attack wasnt much better in our 20. in the other 80metres you looked half decent.

maybe to do with having only one recognised half back in the side and most of our strike players out injured

yes cas had some missing too.

i agree, get those back and continue what we have produced last two weeks and we will be fine, certainly win more than we lose with that effort at leeds and cas.

the next 3 games are pretty big, magic, wakey and st helens ...could do with all 3 wins! we have found abit of confidence now

a couple of head high tackles werent given by thaler

one on ikahihifo and roberts, both infront of the sticks... two penalty chances at goal gone

and the tackle on macintosh when he was in the air was a bad one, lands on his head and its red card...we didnt eve get a sin binning

not long ago we had thaler at warrington too this season... gaskell went off after a high tackle and we got nothing but a penalty... then clarke got a ban for it! week before thaler sent off amor for saints for a high tackle...where the consistency???

"Cas all the Way" has got it spot on. The Giants seem devoid of the ability to produce decent set plays when they get in the opponents 20.
