Definitely miss him at Saints. One of our most dependable players and a big loss.

Wherever Gilmour has been he has picked up trophies and he must surely have adopted an attitude that reflects that. If this can be taken on by our squad then we could really cement ourselves up there with the top sides.

Despite his age I think he will have had a variety of options available to him and there will be a fair few clubs who will be gutted to miss out. It shows how much we're developing when we can get players of this quality. There are other clubs out there who would love to be able to recruit British players of his ability, experience and quality.

It's very good signing for you and massive loss for us.

Still best 2nd row at saints. IMO he puts wilkin and flannery to shame week in and week out.

Gilmour is one of the top 3 second rows in superleague, Not slowed down at all great in defence and attack, very intelligent smart player.
The only downside he gets concussed if a big hit comes his way, I think he will offer a lot to the giants pack.
Sorry to see him go to be honest, he's a brilliant runner in open play.
