& Bulls 2nd!

Perhaps he's just got us the wrong way round?

That's probably what they *really* mean when they say things like 'going about things quietly'. We all know how lazy the hacks are so if they're not getting fed sound-bites or seeing coaches on Boots 'N' all or The Super League Show every week they don't notice they're there! That's why Kear gets bigged up by all the hacks and why they love Paul Cullen so much on sky. Nathan's a professional coach and clearly doesn't worry about the off field stuff. Again, fair enough by me - nothing will put bums on seats more than success on the field.

Any chance you could send the reserves down instead to give us a fighting chance?

The week before a CC semi we may send a weaker team. That said we played without 5 regulars versus Catalans and stuffed them.

Should be a interesting drive over then. I suggest you leave the windows open when driving otherwise you will just get p!ssed off their alcohol fumes.

looking forward to a good game, our last chance for a play off birth, slim as they are, hope to see a good few coming over like last season.

Good. Let them be confident and write us off. The rest of the Rugby League world seem to be doing so anyway! Listening to Radio Leeds on the way home yesterday and the old chestnut (paraphrasing) "Huddersfield have quietly snuck up on the Rhinos", "they go about their business quietly" - translation: They're not Leeds, Bradford, Wigan or Saints so we don't pay them any attention. The media are poor really in their coverage of us, we really aren't on their radar at all. To be honest though, it suits me fine as it keeps the pressure and expectation off the lads and means success shouldn't go to their heads either. Not that I think that would be a problem because they all seem very grounded to me.

Sorry for going a bit off topic!

Anyone that writes you lot off this season clearly hasn't seen any RL at all. For me you are the team I would want to avoid in any competition, the form team of the comp and currently performing better than both the teams above you. Would be no surprise to see win the CC final or even at old trafford.

Reading today's examiner, it says Jammer and Mason should be OK for Friday with Lunt and Faiumu in contention for a hooker role.

Not so good news for Fatz and Raleigh who NB hopes are OK for the semi.
