You don't throw out long passes in your own 20metres. It's common knowledge and taught from a young age. It increases the risk of turning the ball over near your own line. Last night showed why it shouldn't be done.

No, it was a fair idea, terribly executed, watch the replay there was tons of space down the flanks and if it had gone to hand we would have been watching a break out from deep, with out pace it could have gone the length, as it was, the pass was a shocker and we lost the ball, not an uncommon thing all night all told.

In fact, the one thing that can be said is, if we learn to catch, we will be brilliant.

Too many penalties where giving away last night. Our defense was shocking at times and some passing needs sorting out. We where passing at times when we really didn't need to. However though im sure they will bounce back and get a win on Saturday.

You're stretching the truth a bit there. Thorman wasn't a standout performer for Hull. Robinson played half decent, and Moore looked quite dangerous at times for Huddersfield. And it wasn't Brown or Robinson throwing hospital passes and dropping ball all over the place. What's the point of going on about Thorman now when he's a Hull player and Sharp was sacked months ago? Get over it man.

Yes, we were very poor. Hull dominated and deserved to win. But looking for positives; Hull were really pleased with their defense yet it was still 4 tries apiece. To play as badly as that and only lose by 4 points is a minor miracle.

I haven't said that Thorman was a standout player for Hull. I did saythat he was better than Brown & Robinson.

Yes, Thorman has gone. No, he won't be coming back. But that still doesn't stop me from voicing my opinion, man.

I thought Brown played as well as Thorman if not better.

Thorman though has something that our halves don't; a short range kicking game.

to me brown was far better than thorman overall difference was brown was playing behind a beaten pack, were as horne who was the best player on the pitch was playing behind a dominant pack. the hull forwards were superb too big and strong for us, hardly suprising though with eorl, griff and finnigan out, plus raleigh going off we looked too lightweight in the pack, got to agree with cas fans about korki he is not up to it to me.

basic errors lost us the game but one poor performance doent make them a bad side, we still scorred 4 trys each without playing well, which i dont think hull did either just they made virtually no errors, best side won no argument about that.

You said he "played them off the park". Are we going to argue semantics now?

what a shower of S**T...! how have you won 2 games?

Get a grip mate, you have just made Hull FC look an average side by that comment. The final score was 24-20 to Hull. So if we were bad (which we were) then you cant have been much better to only win by 4 points. I was at the game, and if we had not given away some silly penalties and dropped too much ball then we would have won the game. We gifted you everything from our silly mistakes. Had this not happened then we would have won, but it did and u did win. But if you cant beat a team playing so badly in a more convincing fashion then maybe u r not as good as u like to think. And for the record i think Hull were good and will definatly be in the top 5. Well played.
