Parking Car in Huddersfield for a few days : Sat Jun 27, 2009 4:20 pm  

Hi everyone!

I am in the process of moving from University in Huddersfield to a flat in Leeds. Long story but it would be a big help if I could bring my car from Warrington to Huddersfield tonight and park it somewhere until I move on the 1st. Does anyone have any suggestions of somewhere in or near the town centre where I could park for free or cheap for 4 nights?

My driveway although thats 3 miles from the town centre!

Can't really think of anywhere unless you risk the stadium by the leisure centre. It's free at least and has many visitors so it's not as if it'll stand out as being left! Our municipal car parks would rob you blind as would our supermarket carparks!

Wish I'd seen this post earlier. I'm about three miles from the town centre but I'd have run you back into town. Live on a quiet cul-de-sac and you could have left it on my drive/outside house. If your still stuck PM me.

dont think you have to pay in casino car park down chapel hill,5 10 minute walk from university
