Britain's leading referee Steve Ganson has employed solicitors to clear his name following his arrest during an altercation in St Helens. Ganson was arrested but not charged after an incident in a taxi queue in the town centre on Saturday night. It is understood Ganson will try to show that his partner was assaulted and that he himself committed no offence. But vows to clear his name!

He is going to get some terrible stick at games till the end of the season.

Other than that i dont think it is that important. I bet there is hardly a poster on here who could not have been arrested for that at some time. It is just his bad luck that it was a Wigan supporting copper. PROBABLY.
