Why wasn't the leeds player penalised for the faking of the PTB that lead to Raleigh being offside?

Also it's evident on this that Lauatiti punched Kevin Brown leading to him getting hit by Raleigh

Why was crossing given against Leeds when it was nothing more than a poor read by the defender and should have been a walkin try?
