Why do we have no link up with any of the development areas? Midlands, Ireland, Scotland? Besides sending young players for experience, what about spotting talent and getting first dibs, without the vast investment. We are linked up with Batley, but do we get much from it? For starters I would have thought we stood a chance of Walmsley with us having a fairly good relationship with them prior to the agreement. Why don't we have a foot in with a development area?
