Now dont go talking sense. Some don’t even know the rules of the game- let alone the nuances of things like transfer fees for players U21.

Perhaps the “six figure fee” includes the two after the decimal point?
No club in their right mind spends 100k on a player who hasn’t been anywhere near SL.

Olly Wilson is a fantastic prospect and IMO he will be a cracking player for you down the line.

He had a cracking game v the Aussie Schoolboys at Headingley last year when he really ripped into them

Watched the academy game today and Wilson stood out for me instantly. Hes the same type of player as Chris Hill.

Dom Young is also such a powerful young man.

Ross Whitemore also very good.

Dom Young strong and skilful- not a great rugby brain. But such an athlete that lad.
Ross is certainly shaping up very nicely-

We seem to have a few lads recently play loose forward at academy who seem to do so well and then somehow fall away.

I can see Dom going down a similar path to Crabtree. Starting in the centres and ending up as a prop.
