Anyone watching that 2 hour performance and not working out why lots of areas of the club are not going forward does not have any understanding of how modern pro sports clubs operate

Close but yet another game lost by 1 point. We just didn’t play with the energy needed to get in the right position on the field in that last 10 minutes. Cas deserved that really for their determination in that last period. Plus the fact our discipline cost us. We outscored them for tries but gifted them points to win.
What killed us was that ridiculous penalty against Matagi, no way was that a shoulder charge- and if you can’t push someone then half the tackles to prevent tries in the corner should be a penalty!
Heads went after that and Cas got their tails up.
Oh Jerry.....

Typical giants. Found a way to lose from a winning position with 5 to go. Deja vous

The standard was higher than would ordinarily be expected in those conditions & a draw was the right result for me. I always say that the best team wins as they score the most points & that is what it’s all about, however, I thought Hudds were very unlucky tonight.
Having lost one & now one won on golden point I really don’t like it for regular season games. Both teams earned a point tonight & this isn’t reflected in golden point.

As soon as it was announced i was against it.
Just another gimmicky amateur rule imposed by our leaders for the sake of trying to " jaz" our game up.
We shouldn't have won that, for the first time in my life following Cas I would of preferred a draw.....for the sake of the game that seems to be in its deaththrow, but trying to cling to life by taking every medication created knowing its futile.

did more than enough to win that match lastnight but once again we imploded and handed the 2 points on a plate to the other team, three times we have lost by 1 point now and im afraid that will be the difference between top 5 and also rans this season now.

shame as gaskell and taai were outstanding and we could have been waxing lyrical but instead we will be talking about the mistakes.

we are really good in the final 20 on attack but its getting there thats the problem! opposition teams just seem to roll up our field far too easy and we get under pressure too much from that , kicks to senior always seem to come up with something for the oppo team.

mcgillvary looked like he got the ball down in the corner?

leeming pulled up for a penalty when watts stuck his are out when coming from an offside position?

last night the best team lost no doubt, scored more tries but thaler handed 8 points to castleford with kickable penalties, we got pens but in our own half

Shook hands with a Cas fan at end of normal time, we both agreed a draw was a fair result, neither wanted golden point, who does?
