His main skills are talking himself up, taking cheap shots, giving away penalties, and laying all over tackled players like he's gone to sleep on them.
On the plus side, he does his best to get his team on the front foot and stand up to be counted. If you want aggression, he brings that as best he came.

If you use him to bring aggression for 30 or 40 minutes he'll do a job for you.
If you want him for 60 minutes of quality middle forward work, you have the wrong guy.
