So with our signings to date what would everyone's first choice 17 be for the start if the season? My squad is based on the fact Cudjoe wont be fit for the start of the season and its looking likely Uate wont be either - hes still having issues with his ankle.

1. Golding
2. Jerry
3. Turner
4. Wardle
5. McIntosh
6. Gaskell
7. Sezer
8. Matagi
9. O Brien
10. English
11. Edwards
12. Wardle
13. Bruno

14. Taai
15. Wilson
16. Gavet
17. Frawley or new hooker?

Reserve squad

1. Louis Senior
2. Dom Young
3. Chester Butler
4. Sam Wood
5. Innes Senior
6. Tom Holmes
7. Ollie Russell
8. Adam Walne
9. Reiss Butterworth
10. Paul Clough
11. Oliver Roberts
12. Owen Trout
13. Aaron Murphy

14. Jon Luke-Kirby
15. Ronan Michael
16. Sam Hewitt
17. Travis Corion

Wouldn't argue too much with that... However, I do think it highlights Lawrence as possibly the weak link.

We probably need to find the solution for LF or move someone up to centre (Wood maybe) to allow Turner to go to LF

When you look at it like that, it's a squad with strength in depth. Especially when we have Leroy and Uate to come in at some point. The only area for me that looks slightly vulnerable is hooker, but Butterworth might step up.

Unless there is a massive change in pre season there is no way in the world that Lawrence is a S league LF

Think Wilson would benefit from a spell in reserves, I would have Clough in my 1st team, As regards Bruno, does anyone think he would be better at prop?

I think after a full time preseason Wilson will be a massive player for us. By all accounts he is flying in training so far.

For the likes of Bruno, Murphy & Clough - its about the time now that the younger players started to force them out of the starting line up. I expect to see a couple forced out this season and all by next year. All 3 will be decent squad players though.

Frawley has left.

I really really hope we bring in hooker.
