Mmm thought he was gone for more than that, although he has a bit of mongrel in him he doesn't have a rep as a dirty player so that would have helped.

| Given "his previous good disciplinary record " and that "no serious injury was caused" I can't help but feel that 3 games is pretty harsh.
Then again, after Catalans last year I'm surprised they didn't hand out further bans to other players who were not involved. |

As I recall, it was Howell who thumped Croker initially in the Catalans debacle, so he's probably got more of a record than anyone else in the Quins side. Shade lucky perhaps, but I'm pretty happy about it as a key player for us.
