London Skolars Tag Rugby returns in 2009
Matches will be held at Finsbury Park on Thursday nights for 9 weeks throughout summer. The competition will begin on the 11th of June and culminate with finals on the 6th of August. This year the competition will be run for mixed teams only. Male and female players of all abilities are welcome, no Rugby League, Rugby Union or Tag or Touch Rugby experience is necessary. Matches will kick-off at 6:30, 7:15 & 8pm. We will do our best to provide teams with their preferred kick-off time. Registration fees will be £400 per team including playing T-Shirts (maximum 12 players per team). Individuals are encouraged to register their details and a place will be found in a suitable team for £40. Post match social drinks will take place throughout the season at a nearby pub. We are currently also looking for paid referees (£20 a game) and sponsors. Prizes will be awarded to the winners including tickets to the 2009 Carnegie Challenge Cup Final at Wembley.
