I couldn't agree more BG......We may not have the cash to pay for someone, but let's face it, most of the people I have met at Harlequins Rugby League are quite capable of doing this themselves.
I fully appreciate the sheer volume of work done by the back office team, but, as in any business, unpaid overtime is part of the job, especially the further up the food-chain you go.
