Injuries from Saturdays Game against Celtic : Mon Jun 08, 2009 6:55 am  

Any news with regard to injuries from Saturday. Dorn did not re-appear after halftime, Hecks went off near the end, and there were a couple of players limping near the end Clubb & Gafa from what I can remember.

Also, when are the likes of Ward, Haggerty and Robinson due back ?

Haggerty said he thinks he will be back for next week.
Hecks wasn't holding his shoulder after the match, he was walking around like normal.
Not sure about the other ones now though.

as brian said in a recent interview, it is very rare for a RL player to take the field without carrying some form of injury. I applaud the back room staff for getting players on the park every week and the players for putting themselves through it for our entertainment.

Robinson said on Saturday he'd be out for another 5-6 weeks.

In the process of composing an email to PB to ask for the truth...before I head to westminster to discuss the attitude of SKY. Would be good to get the truth.....doubt I will though!

"Luke Dorn received a knock to his leg and is doubtful for Friday's match against Hull KR.
Daniel Heckenberg took a bang on his neck but should be ok for Friday.

Danny Ward (calf), Chad Robinson (knee) and Gareth Haggerty are all expected to be out for another 2-3 weeks."

Also looks like Rob Thomas broke his collarbone in the Academy game.

Struth. We really are stuggling. Wonder who will play at 6 if Dorn is out. I dont like Purdham moving over as we need him at 13 but I suspect thats what BM will do. Lets hope the Widnes lad has some good games for us.
