As part of the RFL player development plans announced a couple of months back it was decided that players will be able to be dual-registered for the first time. So any clubs will be able to do something like this, as it's generally accepted that the reserve grade isn't really up to standard for developing players who will be better served by playing in Championship or Championship 1 matches.

I think there is a typo here, i am sure you meant Hull KR as a feeder club for Hull FC............., the future is black and white, its the new red....................
