Went to see the Academy at St Marys on Saturday. Without a win all season they narrowly lost to HKR 22 - 24 and had a try disallowed in the dying seconds .

Despite not having had a win so far there does seem to be some talent coming through. I think the difference is that a lot of the northern boys have been playing league since they came out of nappies wheres many of our lads would have only fairly recently taken it up.

Any reason why they dont stick up temp bleachers (like they manage at pretty much every school in the states) and sell food and beer?

Hkr fielded six 16yrs old lads in the starting 13 , and look to have a very usefull team this season
