If only "he" was
from the sound of it, promised free tickets didn't turn up for some, others were overcharged on the gate, the shop ran out of poluar sizes of merchandise very quickly,the sponsors giant fingers were laid out for AWAY fans in general, the CEO was seen doing manual tasks that you'd have expected others to have already done earlier like rolling out banners and stacking shelves in the shop........topped off with a crap display on the pitch, nothing was left to chance it seems.

I was one of them that they tried to over charge for a concession ticket. First person tried to charge me £20 for my ticket but when I pointed out that as disabled the price is £12 and that's on the web site. He went off and some jobs worth lady in a QPR top (you think they try get her a broncos top for the day) came to the window and tried telling my wife that was right price for a disabled concession ticket. After a few words she went off and after 5 minutes of waiting my wife was getting the right hump and so telling me that's it we off as they don't know what they are doing or sorting anything out and now shes off doing something else. Finally the first guy came back and gave me a ticket for £12 and said sorry for mix up. When I was giving my ticket to steward at the gate I was telling him about it and even he said they got that wrong its always been £12 for concession, did remark perhaps he better work in the office but said no thanks I prefer the gate its else hassle

went with a mate who is a student, he had got his ticket in advance with £12 in big letters on it. When he gave it to the young lad in the turnstile the lad took a long hard look at it. Maybe this is the point where he realised he had been overcharging concessions.

I paid on the gate and all they had were tickets marked "junior away". The guy scribbled that out and signed it.
No drama - I got in, sat where I wanted to sit.
More upset about there being no chips for sale at half time.
