Had Bradford property values been higher then the RFL couldn't afford it. Or if Bradford weren't a relatively well supported side then they couldn't pay the rent. In which case the RFL would have shrugged their shoulders.

Sadly you are right! Glad that you said "relatively well supported" like many clubs their attendances have seriously dropped!
The RFL have very little money now, it's not possible when you can't bring in big major financial sponsors, but so many supporters, bury their heads in the sand!
