Thanks for that, though you don't indicate how significant Gus may have been. I know he's not on THE BOARD but he was probably doing plenty of donkey work on their behalf.
Indeed he was. He'd been to a number of sites around London from early on, the place where sarries are, the Hive, Orient etc....he would have also made first contact with the owners of these sites but I believe the real negotiations (and sticking points) were down to David Hughes. He was prepared to "fund" the TEAM this year, but no the CLUB and that is why everything else is now the property of AK.

Couple of things - statement was of intention to go into administration, not CVA (though for all I know that might have meant the same thing).
My bad...that's what I meant.

And what's a KPI?
Key Performance Indicators are supposedly there to help employers get the best from their employees and for the employees to monitor how they are performing......as I said, TARGETS
I would imagine the AK has a financial figure as well as a numerical attendance target, as well as sub targets for memberships and regularity of attendance. On the park, he has an "option" for 2015 to again try before you buy in the championship should we go down, with the parachute payment replacing 50% of David Hughes investment in 2014.
David Hughes's level of investment in 2016 will be close to 100% less than it is in 2014.
