We have never done well up at Huddersfield. The result was not what I expected. Squad needs to re group and look at how we can contain KR. Home advantage will count for a lot. Anyone know why Jamie Soward was out of the squad last night.
Possibly wrapping him in cotton wool until next week? Kr at home winnable not sure about Salford and have to assume a win against fev
So 6 points available we should get 2 I reckon possible 4

Despite Huddersfield making it awkward for us, there were about fifty or so away fans on Friday. Which was a good turn out.
As for the game. The Huddersfield crowd were stunned when we scored first and we were still in the game at half time.
The second half started like it always seems to in these Middle Eight games. With Huddersfield scoring, however we normally come back. Not this time. We had a few chances but they came to nothing. Huddersfield were the better team.
We just have to move on to Hull KR. We are still in the game.

What a nasty piece of work Danny Brough is. The guy has loads of skill, yet he resorts to all the old tricks, he gets into referee and touch judges face to extreme. He was even shouting at us the away fans. Do not know what he was saying as we were making too much noise. I do not think it was complimentary though.
Really he is too good for that.

Always has had a big ego and almost as big a mouth to match it. He is an awful person always has been and always will be but the thing is his rotten big mouth and aggressive personality stops people appreciating the skill he has, which lets be honest any championship club or SL club appreciates. Like you say always chirping away at the officials but if they are soft enough and stupid enough and intimidated enough by him and dont have the backbone to slap him down nothing will change. If they marched him back for the over zealous remarks each time the message would quickly get across to him

Lol and Elliott Kear was an angel.... Except he will never be a fraction of the player Danny brough is. His part in the game plan was clearly to niggle at brough- didn't work though. It's not aggression it's called passion...... Thought you Broncos fans would recognise that.
Your style of play will suit a good game against KR. Sadly your forwards were completely out matched on Friday- and in those conditions and with the decent amount of possession you had 800 metres in a game is a pretty sorry effort from a side. I expect plenty of points in the game against KR with you both liking to play an expansive game rather than defence.
I wouldn't be too fearful of Kelly- his teammates have given him the cold shoulder and given he has been sanctioned by the club there will be no incentive for him to give his all if he plays. If rumours are correct about him sounding out employment whilst being in aus it in his favour for KR to be relegated as it frees him from his current contract with no need for compensation by his new club.
Good luck for the rest of the comp- would be nice to have our SL trips to London again!
