Ah I get it now It's not from a source you approve of therefore it must be wrong.
But like it or Not, it offered an answer to the question posed. Yes the 2 year deal for champ and league 1 looks like it involves more money not just the initial agreed amount from the 3 year sl deal

League Express is a rag that recycles and regurgitates forum gossip and is as often wrong as it is right....but it preaches to its ever dwindling audience of RL zealots...another "story" this week was that Hamilton and Boston want in by February 2019.....it seems that pin dropping and praying for an associated TV deal is the new "expansionism"
...meanwhile, in the real world, the game faces diminishing gates, slowing viewing figures, drastically reduced playing numbers and after a few seasons, it would seem we're heading back to 14 SL sides with Bradford and London being replaced by Toronto and Toulouse, the first with no player pool to choose from and limited access to a TV audience and the other playing out of a 4k capacity stadium.

it's ONLY in League Express........no mention of any additional revenue in any of the sports marketing publications or even on the RFL site itself....just for the Audience who will lap it up, but not for general consumption lest someone question the fiscal ability of the RFL when it comes to "negotiations".
The RFL knew Kingstone were not renewing and had months to attract a paying sponsor.....like when they announced Betfred the day after the Grand Final and the end of the previous sponsorship, but instead we get a bolted on affair a few weeks before the season starts.....but as long as we tell the paying readers of a paywall protected RL publication, they'll believe we're financial wizards

Yep yr right dog. It’s all about the source. Figures are all made up. Obviously Betfred get more coverage for no more money. Reported numbers could not possibly be right.
Anyone know what Kingston press deal was worth?
