Any body having problems with booking tickets online? Just tried for the cup game and cannot get tickets for u16's since all are showing at full price. Also tried for the Cats game and same problem.

Are seats unallocated for the Cup game?

We haven't had any problems getting tickets online, however we've only been looking for adult tickets.

Season ticket holders present their B voucher at the gate and get in to their usual seat. free game!

Can you definitely do that at the game? Becasue on the voucher itself it gives the impression it has to be exchanged for a match ticket at least 72 hours before kick off. I was going to ask at the ticket office on Saturday but as a heavy shower came along just as I got to the turnstiles I went stright inside to keep dry.

I wanted to write to you and explain the procedures for the above match. As a Season Ticket holder, you are entitled to come to this match for free, as it forms part of your season ticket. This is Voucher B in your Season Ticket booklet.

You do not need to exchange the voucher for a match ticket, just turn up on the day and hand your voucher in at the turnstiles as normal. Your seat has already been reserved for you, so you do not need to do anything else except turn up on the day!

Yer it was from "Jon Salinger" who is masquerading as a Ticketing Manager. My reply 5 days ago has been ignored. What is he actually doing apart from obviously having a say in these scandoulous ticketing arragements and spoiling it for everyone?

Thanks. A friend mentioned this email but wasn't certain of the contents - I definitely didn't receive it, either in my main inbox or the spam folder.
