Yeah - but we weren't involved so all the other participants only got a letter . See that David Howell and Haggy were also looked at (late into kicker and head shot) but no case to answer.

Howell got his timing just about right (which he was guilty of not doing last season). Not late enough to be penalised, but he certainly made it uncomfortable for Thorman.

Eddie Hemmings didn't like it and whinged about it being cracked down on in the NRL. To their credit, Stevo and Offiah ignored him. It seemed to me that Thorman got out of the way, just.

Remebering what happened to us against Cats and the charges brought against us then the link above, can anyone explain to me why no one was put on report or charges brought against any player in the Leeds / Saints game. Am I missing something obvious? This is a genuine question? Is there times when certain tackles and punch ups are ok and times when they are not? I am truely puzzled and would appreciate real replies.

I think the only bad thing in that game was Gilmour getting stuck into Smith. Rest was fair game IMO, although that doesn't justify the pathetic sentances dished out after the Catalans match.
