Does anyone know the state of the injury and when (if?) He will return. I really like him and I think the team is better with him in than not?

I think Hecks and Haggs are vying for the'Flintoff Factor' as both of them seem to get fit, get injured, etc, etc it is a shame as both are valuable players.

We desperately need both of them fit. Two down is too many. Im optimistic about Haggy but Im really worried that we may not see Hecks play again and when he was fit he was a quality prop.

We've got to lose two players off our overseas quota next year and sadly, I think Hecks will be one of them.

Nah - some northern club with their own self interest at heart will get the rules changed!

I would imagine under the 'Stanley Gene' exemption rules that the RFL landed themselves in with that Hecks would not be counted. However, I think that with his shoulder(s) being injured on a long term basis I dont think the club will gamble on extending his contract anyway.
