Welcome Quins Kitties born 02.04.09 -
Purdo - Determined, loveable with a "can-do" attitude. A born leader.
Louie - Big, white and fluffy. A very noisy prop forward.
Harley- Cute and gorgeous (just like our no.9) Well, I couldn't call her Chad, could I?
Update on Quins Mogs :-
Purdo - deffo leader amongst Mogs. The Capo.
Louie - turned out to be more like Louie Spence than LMS. Re-named Judas.
Harley - Cute but not as gorgeous as our no.9.
Oh well, at least I haven't got a Willy.

Tough run of games coming up... : Tue Jun 02, 2009 4:48 pm
Let's hope we can get a win (and a convincing one at that) on Saturday, as the next 8 games could see us without any points at all.

HKR away - Rovers in fine form and although we have shown we can beat them home and away, wouldn't like to put money on a Quins win.

Leeds Home- Can we possibly beat Leeds twice in one season?

Wakey away - Haven't beaten them away since 2003 and ceratinly don't get much luck with the reffing decisions.

Wigan away - Let's hope Nobby makes a hash of his team selection.

Hudds home - They've already stuffed us twice this season- could this give us extra incentive? Please can someone hold Crabtree down while I chop that stoopid hair off?!

Catalan away - Dragons going pretty ropey this season but we don't have much luck in France lately (and what with this debacle!)

Saints Home - Haven't beaten them at home since 2002 (doubt things are going to change this year).

Bradford away - Yes, they are rubbish but surely they can't be this bad for much longer?! Again, we don't get much luck at Odslum.

Not trying to add to the gloom on here at the moment (but guess I may have succeeded!)

How many points do you think we'll get out of that lot?

"That wasn't a kick, the was a pass with his foot!" Brian Noble making Andrew Voss lose sleep

I would think 8 or 10 points from those fixtures is more than possible.

Wakey, Catalans and Bradford we should win.

1 or 2 wins from Hudds, Wigan and Hull KR would be OK

Saints and Leeds, anything could happen but not going to hold my breath. Taking 2 points off of them already is fantastic with them both still having to travel down here.
I don't know, maybe if we only get 2 points from Giants/Warriors/Rovers, we should look the me making up the points with a win against one of the "Big 2"

Hopefully Bradford twice in a row will be a good 4 points to give us a late season boost. Still wished we'd played them in the snow though....

I can`t see us picking up many points from this run of fixtures......in fact I think we are going to really struggle and expect to see us slide down the league table. The player on loan from Widnes tells the story, our forward pack is depleted.
LMS is almost certainly crocked (otherwise he would have been in England squad), it`s just a question of how long he will be sidelined for.
Haggers has barely played all season.
Danny Ward is out for a spell.
Jonny G is.......well Jonny G.
Tony Clubb may be unavailable for 2 or 3 games because of England duties.
Robinson will be unavailable for a good many weeks because of knee surgery.

This weeks game is a potential banana skin for us. Celtic must feel that they have a good opportunity to turn us over given our squad situation (surely they cannot play as badly as last week again). We on the other hand cannot afford to drop the points this weekend........and absolutely MUST NOT LOOSE to Celtic as I don`t think I could bear hearing the SKY team et al mentioning at every opportunity that we, plus Bradford, are the only two Celtic scalps.

I bluddy hope not. One of the positives this year has been the injury updates on the site and although Mac said in his interview that LMS may have broken his hand there has been nothing else since.
