No more Gloom and Doom (Part 2) : Mon Apr 22, 2013 9:57 am
Now for the Saints. History and the bookies will tell you a fired up Saints will score their usual 40 points at the Stoop next weekend. They have only lost once in 17 SL visits to London. But hey, they are going through a bad patch (for them) and this could be the weekend when our team realises its potential.

Lets be positive, it worked last weekend (just) let's give another go! It is even getting warmer!

Best chance for ages of beating Saints. They've a lot of key players injured and now will be without Meli and possibly Gardner and Wilkin, if they get suspensions.

OTOH, if we don't pick up our game from last Sat, I'm not sure I'd back us.

Red shirts please.

Welcome Quins Kitties born 02.04.09 -
Purdo - Determined, loveable with a "can-do" attitude. A born leader.
Louie - Big, white and fluffy. A very noisy prop forward.
Harley- Cute and gorgeous (just like our no.9) Well, I couldn't call her Chad, could I?
Update on Quins Mogs :-
Purdo - deffo leader amongst Mogs. The Capo.
Louie - turned out to be more like Louie Spence than LMS. Re-named Judas.
Harley - Cute but not as gorgeous as our no.9.
Oh well, at least I haven't got a Willy.

How many on here were at our last home win against Saints? It was a terrific night and I can honestly say I don't remember getting home.

Mind you, as it was 11 years ago, I guess I wouldn't remember it anyway :D

Yes, it was a Thursday night (and what a night it was).

Thing is, Saints had a strong team out which included Wellens and Gardner. Our only connection with that last home win is Tony Rea.

Can the great man inspire us once more?

Only one Londoner in our 2002 team...poor old Dom Peters. Wonder where he is now?
