Freedom for supporters of the government, only for members of one party - however numerous they may be - is no freedom at all. freedom is always and exclusively for one who thinks differently. Rosa Luxemburg, 'Die russiche Revolution'.
I was thinking on the same lines. All the players are leaving, we will be last to know. Two months and the Broncos are no more. I do hope someone can prove me wrong!

Ah, with it now. Unfortunately a good point - there does seem to be an element of, um, asset stripping here. After all these years I've tended to get a bit blase about all the turbulence associated with supporting us in all our guises, but now even I'm getting perturbed about what's going on.
At worse it is the end. At best, barring a last minute investor and reprieve, we will be playing in the Championship IMO. And looking at Sheffield, that will not be the end of the world.

Playing in the Championship at, say, The Hive definitely wouldn't be the end of the world - quite often the Premier Sports Thursday night game's more entertaining than Sky's SL offering and I enjoy my live games at Wrexham.

Sheffield are a good example of what can be done with no money, not a lot of fans in a soccer mad city. I really enjoy Champ 1. Let's hope for a new start somewhere!
As posted in another thread a Northern friend with strong contacts at another SL club was at Oxford today. He expects us to be in SL next season, probably at The Hive. However he thinks the 12-12 split will be voted in. If so two SL clubs will be relegated next season. Assuming we survive it's hard not to see us as a Championship 1 team in 2015.
