How many weeks ago was it that there were going to be important decisions and announcements in the next couple of weeks?

Ah, but you're forgetting - it's not a couple of weeks from a fixed date, it's a couple of weeks from whenever you happen to ask

The club are making a massive effort to connect with the fans....as evidenced by my receiving the Broncos e-zine for the first time this season, completely out of the blue. So that makes everything ok.......

I'm hearing whispers of a meeting of all the teams next week. It's fast reaching the point where we have to tell others whether we are playing are next season and I'm told an announcement may follow next week - though the Huddersfield game would make sense.

There have been a lot of behind the scene talks about us and next season. The RFL certainly want us and have tried to broker a way forward. The ball seems to be in the court of those bankrolling us who have yet to make a final decision.

We'll know soon one way or the other.

I expect that next week after the final home game, we will either be told we are staying at the Stoop since legal constraints rule out the Hive, or we are folding in IMHO.

Can't see us being allowed to fold just before RLWC, but you never know. We will be last to hear, but I think it would have leaked out if we are going to announce folding next week.

I'm not so sure. Usually RL leaks like a rusty collinder, but the interesting thing about all this is the deadly silence from the direction of the people you'd expect to know about these things - something I find a tad worrying. I agree that the RFL probably want to keep us in for next season due to the problems a thirteen club division would cause, particularly for the Magic weekend, however if DH says 'that's it, I'm off' what happens then?

If everything I hear is true the final decision as to whether we play next year had not been made by late last week. A deal has been brokered but not signed off yet. It appears the RFL etc have gone as they can / will to keep us around next year. It remains to be seem whether that is enough.
