Few things stand out:
Sponsorship has been a bit of a challenge after dropping down a league
Sponsorship was a problem long before relegation..........
so we need to look at the target audience and the way that we price the product in
This points to the club having control over pricing, at least in the "posh" seats.....can anyone confirm that this was the case last year or not? if not, then maybe the general admission revenues might be being kept by the club too....?Are we paying RENT
the club will be spending very close to the Championship salary cap of £1 million
The question is, how long will Hughes "Guilt" make him keep us professional should we not step back up in 2015?
almost halved from the average of 4,229 at the Stoop in 2006
4,860 was the 2006 average......slightly worse than halved.
we hope to at least match the crowd numbers we had last year, if not try to grow them.
This is almost as being ruthless next year on the park.....but then again, if "nothing has changed" and AK keeps the ticketing and residuals, who cares? If we are instead, now paying rent and keeping the Revenue, then I expect the club to go into overdrive trying to get the lapsed fans back.
Positive article making all the right noises though....thanks for the link Milf
