Could be positive if he's got any pals from his Surrey cricket days. The bit in 'League Express' on Monday suggested that the RU club were going to take over the RL club, but this is certainly preferable to that.

I hear there has been a closer tie up between the clubs, don't sweat; clearly the club just don't feel the need to bang on about it and feel it's better to press release the new GM (who by all accounts will be reporting in to ME). It's fairly obvious - that's why he doesn't have the title CEO?
