Can't do it - did both Cardiff trips but new job and on call commitments prevent trip north of the border. I know there were (well reported) gripes about Cardiff but can't help thinking the RFL has shot itself in the foot by moving from Cardiff when they have just put a team from South Wales in to SL. Would have been a good chance to promote the sport and the local team. Could have then tried a move to Scotland, Ireland or France next time.

Me & The DM taking the train up on Firday, back Monday. Staying in a lovely, bijou, boutique B&B - we're so posh its unbelievable.

Paddock is going too.

Will be attending the Saturday matches then a bit of culture.

I'm going. Staying at Jurys in the city centre. Received my tickets, hope to be sitting in the Quins section, as that was what I requested.

Will probably see PC Plumb & his posse there.

Looking forward to it, should be a great weekend!
