Arrrhh.....Aberavon (Widnes)... the House of pain....Will never forget that game, slept on a roundabout all sunday night, though my hotel was only 500 metres away

Leicester (Hull FC) was up there as well

Bridgend (Hull Fc again) and the £120 cab fare from bristol temple meads................

Well done Gutterfax, an impressive list & no mistake .

However, i believe missing from the A-Z of London Rugby League depression are Hendon & Wealdstone football grounds. God how I hated going to Wealdstone.

Don't think I can take another change of ground as it would turn me to drink. On the other hand the last 30 years have already done that!

Went to Bruce Stadium and Belmore games.

We also played Brisbane in Brisbane. Think it was ANZ stadium then.

Correct.....It was the QEII stadium from 1977 to 1993.......her Silver jubilee IIRC.

Broncos led by 6 at the half way point, only to get murdered 30-4 in the second......A 19yr old Lockyer scored 1 and converted all 7 in that game.

Yes, we played as Fulham in Tatarstan and Moscow in 1991
