How many attendances last season did Huddersfield Giants get anywhere near that number last season? and they managed to be top of Superleague!

Clearly Huddersfield are not self sufficient in terms of income.

I'm pleased with the idea of Long as coach, he's a bit of a boy but he's a winner and knows what he's talking about.

Sadly there may be less than half of the clubs in Superleague who are.

Barnet it definitely is then. A ground that doesn't meet Super League standard and a ground that is well out of the way for most

It may be a case of new owners, new coaches and new players but it will be a case of same old problems.

It's only 3 stops after Wembley on the tube and just a 5 minute stroll from Canons Park station. Not that bad.

I find this kind of comment ridiculous. Where isn't well out of the way for most? It's on the underground, its just of the M25 and M1. Will be better for some and worse for others. At least it's London and on the underground, which is more than can be said for most union clubs from 'London'.

Well out the way for most?
So its what, a mile at the most from the bottom of the M1 and N circ prob 5 miles from M25 there is a tube station 10 mins walk away, most likely they have big red things called buses that run pretty close. They have a car park ok not massive but Brentford had no car park to speak of.
If we go North London S W E are going to be put out
SW London Twickenham N E W London put out
Charlton W S N put out.
WE HAVE TO PLAY SOMEWHERE wherever we go in London its going to be a trek for someone, FWIW wherever we are I have to drive.
IF IT IS the hive then lets make the most of it and think it could have been somewhere like High Wycombe that does not have all the transport connections that the hive has.

in other words! ridiculous comment

Have to agree. The transport links are great to The Hive...There's even Edgware Tube Station on the Northern Line which is 10 minutes away by bus.Plus of course Canons Park on the Jubilee line which is 5 mins away.Really hope The Hive is chosen.Such great brand new facilities.
