Castleford will struggle, Bradford are yet to lose anyone but look to have a stronger squad than in 2013, Hull KR always seem to have enough about them to keep their heads above water comfortably, Wakefield will struggle but look as though they have some quality in their ranks and Widnes will struggle under Betts as usual.

I can't see anyone but Broncos at the bottom but that was said when Crusaders put together a squad quickly and they finished in the play-offs, maybe the unknown quantity will be something to help them as it did with Crusaders.

Widnes and London, bottom two I feel.

If Twitter is to be believed it sounds like our side will be along the lines of:

Nesiasi Mataitonga (FB)
Denny Solomona (WG)
Mason Caton-Brown (CE)
Iliess Macani (CE)
Elliot Kear (WG)
James Woodburn-Hall (SO)
Mikey Bishay (SH)
Matt Cook (PR)
Scott Moore (HK)
Nick Slyney (PR)
Will Lovell (SR)
George Griffin (SR)
Mike McMeeken (LF)

Erjon Dollapi (PR)
Olsi Krasniqi (PR)
Alex Foster (LF),
Joel Wicks (SR)

Saeed Agboke,
James Duckworth (WG),
Thomas Minns (CE),
Kieran Dixon (WG) - injured

More names are yet to be announced that would give confidence that we have an experienced halfback, replacement fullback plus a bit of experience in the forwards.

However on the positive side it would be crammed full of hungry players with something to prove rather than pension players awaiting one last payday as seen in recent years.

That team would struggle in the championship

League Express says (via IL) that 2 Wigan players will be coming south.

I would expect 5 more players at least

Could do worse than Luaki and A Powell for the grunt up front and Williams for half back on loan.

More likely we'll end up with Clubb and Sarginson !!

Page 2 in the Scott Moore story. Spend £1 and read it for yourself

GF will be pleased to note that we have the worst Media score of all the clubs in the league. Leeds are top and also come 4th or something in all sporting teams in UK behind Spurs, Orient and Utd I think. Didnt really read it.

Selco, answer our prayers!

David Hughes - The Gerald Ratner of Rugby League? Discuss. Or not as the case may be.

Wow, I imagine the rest of SL are quaking in their boots at having to face that line up. I become more despondent every day the season draws nearer.

as has been said by others, elsewhere, there are some real spankings in that team.

In my opinion, The games we NEED to target are:
Widnes Away and Home
Salford Home and Away
Wakefield Home and Away
Castleford Home and Away
Bradford Home and Away
Catalans at Home
HKR at Home

Win 75% of them and we are in with a real shout of 12th or better.

That said, if we get hammered by Widnes in the opener, I can see an abject "first up" crowd for the arrival of Salford, who will see us as 2 easy points and may well be Boyed after an opening day win over Wakefield, or arrive with a flea in their ear after losing in front of the doctors expensively assembled crowd
