Woman Supports Husband Shocker. Film at eleven!
He passion is to be applauded but was she saying that since we started planning and signing players for 2015 back on July 2014, we've signed the wrong people, appointed the wrong support staff and essentially done everything wrong?
Somebody needs to have a word in Mr Hughes's shell like, because he really is becoming a target for "hangers on" who are happy to steal a wage.

Mac was bought into the youth programme, probably more than anyone. I've seen him at Aldershot watching the youth on many occasions. I saw Mac at the Broncos v Leeds youth game in Aldershot last year with one eye Barry overseeing the Leeds youth. How many first team coaches would drive 200 miles to watch the kids.

Powell used to be at the heart of the youth so he was most certainly committed to it.

Sadly TR was never bought in to it.

Spot on. Whilst it is clear there are issues questioning whether Brian had any concern about the long term future of the club is plain wrong and he deserves better. The fact it took until he rocked up for any serious development work to happen is abysmal but it wasn't his fault.

The signings under estimated the championship. You were relegated from SL.You are now playing teams who have been striving for SL many seasons. You need to get away from whats gone wrong and start dealing with were you are now.

I do really wonder just how many of you thought. We are relegated but will bounce back into SL next season!.

Not the case is it.

nobody other than maybe David Hughes believed we would bounce back, but most of us expected to be competing at the top of the table and definitely not being well beaten by part time teams.
As for dealing with the NOW. The NOW we were assured, was being dealt with back in July 2014.......patently it wasn't being dealt with properly.

Jim what you miss out on is the obvious remark made before it was taken seriously to me I think we can all remove the choice taken and look at the subject from a Rugby point of view which would be much clearer I hope this helps?

Happiness is like peeing in your pants. Everyone else can see it but only you can feel the warmth!

Obviously Andrew is coming home each day and downloading his thoughts to his misses at the end of the day. If Rachaels post matches what he is saying in private then I see no reason why she should be apologitic about the post, and no need to take it down.

I am liking Andrew's approach thus far, he needs to raise the bar and make failure not acceptable, he is doing that now. I would be more than happy for Andrew to take the post full time, and in addition I agree with the post above. I am happy that there is a voice in the club that is ensuring that the right things need to be implemented, and we don't continue with the approach we have done for the last 3 years.

However, I am a Mac fan. Everyone remember who devoted so much effort into getting the youth set up going again (Mac), remember the amount of time Mac would devote to coaching junior players in the mini leagues (I remember Mac doing this twice with Elmbridge), remember the time he would run coaching sessions with the junior coaches in the south east as he thought they needed improvement in the way they coached the juniors ( I know this as a friend who still is a junior coach went to 3 coaching sessions run by Mac).
The Mac haters would do well to remember the legacy he left in terms of youth development. Mac was and still is very concerned and focussed on the wealth of youth talent we have in London and how they are being brought through.

Long live the Fulham-London Crusaders-Broncos Harley-Quids Broncos (again) RLFC!

Not sure we all thought that, I think I said Bradford and Leigh would be 1 and 2, however I did think it would be a five way battle between us, Fev', 'Fax, the Eagles and Donnie for the next two spots. Dewsbury and Batley have been a suprise, as for us, look at at how we were hanging on by our fingernails against Donnie and then look were Donnie are......worrying to say the least.

Once again we have no 'effin' props. We can gas about "the right people" and "positivity" all we want, to me it just showed she doesn't really know what she's talking about (though fair play to her for supporting her man), we need PROPS, its that bloody simple! We can do NOTHING without the platform they create, with the right people or even the wrong people or some damn aliens from Alpha Centauri...No Props = No Platform = No Success!!!

Still, it's early days, and I repeat that a lot of the bookies STILL believe that at some point, full time training without the need to hold down a job elsewhere will pay a dividend...I hope they are right (though personally I think without the neccessary grunt up front, we will be looking at a Championship 8s challenge rather than the Qualifying 8s).

Mac out!

3 full time experienced players have walked out on the club, The coach has gone, the 2 captains are long term injured and the experienced half is out til Jul. Oh and we have brought in a retired 35 year old prop, a half that can't get a game with the SL cellar dwellers and a half from a bottom 4 club also not being selected. What does that leave?

Are you sure there his anyone backing us to be fighting for anything other than relegation.

Hendo should be applauded for his desire to toughen it all up but Mac has tried this. I remember after one loss he took the players straight to a gym and made them punch punch bags til the skin was removed from there knuckles.
