We should expect Craig Gower's real opinions of the club to be revealed before too long by his mate Ryan Girdler.

was watching an nfl doco. on one of their teams and they used the term bomb to describe those long high passes from quaterback to running back and i think gibson took that idea, realized you cant throw the ball forward in RL and adapted it to a "bomb" kick we have

Interesting point about the February meeting with Bellamy at Harrow. It shows that Gower desperately wanted London to succeed, but that eventually he reached a point where he had had enough of the incompetence of Tony Rea, Gus McKay, and David Hughes, and of the team mates who won't make tackles.
A losing culture, or a culture of losers?

Interesting yes, but
Gower is a fierce competitor whose contribution may only be seen in his absence
What absolute b*ll*cks! Gower's contribution was all too obvious whenever he was on the pitch.

I think that you are right, especially now that such a non-loser as Gower has gone.

We were chatting with Gower in the bar at Esher after losing to Catalans. We had this exact conversation about the team having got used to losing throughout their career, and how they had come to think that was OK.

Freedom for supporters of the government, only for members of one party - however numerous they may be - is no freedom at all. freedom is always and exclusively for one who thinks differently. Rosa Luxemburg, 'Die russiche Revolution'.
And of course a competent board/owner would appoint a coach capable of turning things round....... ah, yes, well...
