Having watched the game via the comfort of my sofa, without the sun in my eyes, I have to say that with the exception of the first 10 -12 minutes, Leeds dominated the play.
Quins were at the races in those first 10 mins Rhino's weren't. When you get phases in games such as that then you have to capitilise on them. Scoring only 4 points isn't doing that. Sinfield rallied his boys with a few sharp words. Did we miss Purdham's leadership last night during this crucile stage of play? I suspect we did. Webb also made a try saving ingoal tackle at a stage of the game when Quins were still in the hunt.
When Quins turned over the ball, Rhino's made better use of it than when the situation was reversed.
Sharp had a mare, Randall a good game but not up to his recent high standands and again Howell showed his worth in a Quins shirt.
At this stage in the season I can't see beyond a Saints & Rhino's grand final.
And if at the begining of the season anyone had said we'd be in striking distance of home advantage in the play offs we'd have all bitten of their hand.
