The players. There's been enough quality to do a job this year, but they haven't done it. Tony Rae may or may not be a great coach, but he's going to do the best for the club, so I'm sure he'd work with the likes of Gower to structure the play. Whilst I have sympathy with those who see uncertainty as unreasonable (I'm one), the answer is to win and put yourself forwards. Etc.

kit80 never a truer word.
What iy actually boils down to is the players.
never mind coaching plays defensive patterns etc etc.
Throw ball catch ball, we never seemed to work that one out,
3 coaches cant all be rubbish
