so gutters whats the point of this thread apart from a thinly veiled attempt at insulting a group of folk who still have pride in the club, a couple who are actually friends of mine

Its a caption comp......days were when we'd get 30/funny entries...... Now we just get paranoid and touchy idiots. As for insulting them? I've insulted nobody....I simply posted a caption competition!

Michael, you can't deny that a picture of a handful of fans holding a forlorn looking poster half the size of a bedsheet pretty much sums up what we have become in regard to a professional sports club. Next year, to instigate a pitch invasion you will need to simply duck under a 3 foot barrier and then you can shake hands with all the players and feel "involved' all you like, but to the MAJORITY OF LONDON BRONCOS FANS, the concept of ground zero 2016 after Ground Zero 2014, Ground Zero ,2011, Ground Zero 2006, Ground Zero 2002 etc etc etc...is a step too far.

Post a picture of a dozen fans and then "claim them as the faithful" if you will, but don't get upset when people remark that they look like a fan club of a minority amateur sport because guess what, thanks to St Dave, they very nearly are!

so calling a group of fans a pathetic platoon is not insulting the people in the pic?
Not sure if you have noticed, Rugby League is actually a minority sport in the country.
Its not a caption competition its merely yr usual attempts at direct insults at folk, you got bored of whining about the club officials or something and decided to have a go at the fans instead.

...so that excuses the absolute shambles the club has become? We took more away than in that Picture and we had banners that would have covered all the seats used at the weekend (500...yeah, right). But that's because we're a minority sport is it?

Don't worry Micky in another thread anyone who continues to follow the club is a lemming to add to the list of 5 year old cat calling being spouted. Given the stats that Brentford was our best period for fans it now appears that Quins is the favoured statistic about fans. Seems whatever suits the flimsy argument being put forward. It's like being a parent trying to reason with a petulant child. Wasn't sure if this should be on this thread or another but as all end up the same it doesn't matter.

A few have decided they no longer wish to put money into the club while Hughes remains. An approach adopted at many football clubs. Certainly Carlisle fans adopted the approach with Knighton and only went to away games. They still supported the team. Perhaps some can adopt this approach, though the danger is they fill their time with other activities and probably others sports. Some will however support RL at a range of levels rather than contribute to Hughes anymore.

Thought that this thread was a Caption Competition, not the usual vicious entrenched position bitch-fest that everything on here now degenerates into (and NO, it's not the fault of the poster formally known as Gutterfax - if you don't like what's posted just ignore it!!). No wonder I don't come on here much these days.
